This is when I started to really think about the way that military families socialize differently. It’s true, friends are our chosen family. I can make a bet that most of your friends are your military friends. Mine… Ahhh, memories. Yes, we were all dorks and I did love your chicken noodle soup. I still make it at least once during the winter. I love choosing my family too. Tara, what a beautiful testimony to your love and vows before God. In a day when many think that “being happy” is the only thing necessary. Many miss the depth that commitment for a lifetime brings. A loving home to come home to, is a worthy goal for a wife and a Godsend for her soldier.
